By accessing or using the Partivo3D website (partivo3d.com) and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Partivo3D provides 3D modeling services for electronic components. Based on manufacturer part numbers and datasheet specifications you provide, we create high-accuracy, ISO 10303-21 compliant 3D models delivered in industry-standard formats including STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ, FBX, GLTF, GLB, and SLDPRT.

All turnaround commitments are based on business days. Our standard delivery target is under 24 hours from order confirmation, though complex or high-volume orders may require additional time (we will communicate any delays proactively).
When using the Service, you agree to:
Upon full payment for a model, Partivo3D grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and incorporate that 3D model into your products, designs, documentation, and internal CAD libraries. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the models as standalone assets or as part of a competing 3D model library or marketplace.
Models delivered as part of a free trial are provided under the same license terms as paid models. There is no obligation to purchase additional models after receiving your free trial delivery.
The Partivo3D name, logo, website design, and all content on partivo3d.com (excluding user-submitted part numbers and specifications) are the exclusive intellectual property of Partivo3D LLC. The underlying modeling methodology and workflows remain our proprietary trade secrets.
You retain ownership of the part numbers, specifications, and project information you submit to us. By submitting this information, you grant us the limited right to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
We stand behind the quality of our 3D models. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward:
Every model we deliver must meet our datasheet-accuracy standard: the geometry must match the manufacturer's published dimensions within reasonable tolerances, and the model must be usable in standard CAD environments. If a delivered model fails to meet this standard due to an error on our part, we will:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of model delivery and must include a specific description of the alleged inaccuracy, referencing the relevant datasheet dimensions. Refunds are issued on a per-model basis for the affected models only.
Refunds are not provided in the following circumstances:
Free trial models are provided at no charge and are not eligible for monetary refunds. However, our quality guarantee still applies: if a free trial model contains an accuracy error on our part, we will correct it at no charge.
To request a refund, contact us at sales@partivo3d.com with your order reference, the specific model(s) in question, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We believe most disagreements can be resolved through direct, good-faith communication. This section describes the process for resolving disputes that cannot be settled informally.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact us at sales@partivo3d.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally. We commit to responding within 5 business days and working with you in good faith to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. This informal process must continue for at least 30 days before either party may pursue formal remedies.
If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Mediation shall take place remotely (via video conference) unless both parties agree otherwise. Each party shall bear its own costs for mediation; the mediator's fees shall be split equally.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 60 days of its commencement, either party may demand binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted:
The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines that one party's position was frivolous or brought in bad faith, in which case the arbitrator may award reasonable fees and costs to the prevailing party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Partivo3D agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or jury trial. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from more than one party unless all parties agree in writing.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court of competent jurisdiction instead of arbitration, provided the claim falls within the court's jurisdictional limits and is brought on an individual basis only.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

We strive to maintain high availability of our website and services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law) shall survive.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), and Vercel (hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
